Online Orders
You can place an order directly on our website at www.ClearFile.com. Just add all the items to the cart and follow the checkout instructions. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and an e-mail with tracking information once your order ships. Most items ship within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) if they are in stock. Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your order even if there are backordered items.
Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight. International orders may be subject to additional fees once it arrives at the destination country.
Samples are offered for most of the plastic sleeves, bags, and pages in smaller sizes, just contact us by email or give us a call at 1-800-423-0274

Payment
All orders need to be pre-paid, your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your order even if there are backordered items.
Clear File accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for online orders.
If you need to pay with money order or personal check you will have to contact us prior to sending your money so we can give you correct totals including shipping and/or tax. We will process your order once the payment is received. Personal checks may take one week for approval.
Public institutions, private institutions, and businesses may establish an open account by requesting and filling out a credit application. Allow 2-4 weeks or longer for credit approval. Terms are Net 30 days. Open account customers can order by phone or email only. These orders are not eligible for free shipping. The billing minimum is $250.00. Delivery
Our goal is to ship all in stock items within 2 business days (Monday-Friday).
You need to supply a street address for delivery if selecting FedEx as your shipping carrier, FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.
All shipments to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes are shipped via parcel post.
Items ordered together are not always shipped together. All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Refused packages are subject to return fees.
Shipments returned to Clear File after attempted delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges and the customer will pay for re-delivery.
All delivery times for ground shipments are approximate.
We do not request Delivery Signature Confirmation on shipments that leave our warehouse. However, it is at the discretion of the delivery driver to either leave the package on the doorstep or to require a Delivery Signature Confirmation. Please note this is not Print File policy and is beyond our control.

International Orders
When ordering from Clear File, Inc, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Refused packages are subject to return fees.
International orders will not be shipped incomplete.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If items have been damaged in transit, please note any damage on all delivery receipts or freight bills. Retain packing materials (box, tape, filler, etc.) and call our Customer Service Department at 407-886-3100 or 1-800-508-8539 or email us for further instructions. We will promptly arrange for replacement or refund.
Returns
Returns will be allowed only with prior authorization and must be made within 90 days of invoice date. Please inspect all merchandise when it is delivered. If for any reason you must return products, we will handle your return by promptly replacing the item or issuing a refund. We will only refund the actual purchase price in US ($) dollars (all shipping charges excluded). Returned products need to be in resalable condition. Opened packs of pages, sleeves or bags may not be eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-423-0274 or email us to obtain a return authorization number. Please return your package along with the original packing slip and in its original package to the provided address.
Refused packages are subject to return fees.
Shipments returned to Print File after 3 delivery attempts will be subject to additional shipping charges and the customer will pay for re-delivery.

Sales Tax
Clear File is responsible for collecting Florida state sales tax. The appropriate tax rate will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Tax-exempt purchases within the state of Florida will be valid only if a current resale certificate or exempt organization certificate is on file.
